ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสำหรับการสมัครสมาชิก

ผู้ขอสมัครสมาชิก ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า ”ผู้สมัคร” และ บริษัท จัสท์ทรานสเลท จำกัด ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “จัสท์ทราน”

กรุณาอ่านข้อความตกลงด้านล่างนี้โดยละเอียดก่อนกด”ตกลง” เพื่อความเข้าใจและรักษาสิทธิประโยชน์ในการเป็นสมาชิกของท่าน ดังต่อไปนี้

1. การสมัครสมาชิก ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ www.justtransl.com ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆทั้งสิ้น

2. ผู้สมัครต้องกรอกข้อมูลรายละเอียดต่างๆตามจริงให้ครบถ้วน ทั้งนี้เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ตัวผู้สมัคร

หากตรวจพบว่าข้อมูลของผู้สมัครไม่เป็นความจริง จัสท์ทราน จะระงับการใช้งานของผู้สมัครโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

3. ผู้ใดแอบอ้าง หรือกระทำการใดๆอันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้ข้อมูลของผู้อื่นมาแอบอ้างเพื่อสมัครสมาชิก

เพื่อให้ได้สิทธิมาซึ่งการเป็นสมาชิก ถือเป็นความผิด ต้องรับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้

4. หากผู้สมัครแอบอ้าง หรือนำข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์ www.justtransl.com และข้อมูลจากจัสท์ทราน ไปใช้หรือเผยแพร่เพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนตนโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทางจัสท์ทรานทราบล่วงหน้าพร้อมกับได้รับการอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากจัสท์ทรานเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว ถือเป็นความผิด ต้องรับโทษตามที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้

5. ข้อมูลสถิติจากผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ www.justtransl.com อาจถูกนำไปใช้เพื่อเป็นส่วนประกอบในการนำเสนอเนื้อหาสาระ บริการและโฆษณาที่เหมาะสมกับผู้สมัคร โดยจัสท์ทรานขอรับรองว่าจะเก็บข้อมูลของผู้สมัครไว้เป็นความลับอย่างดีที่สุด โดยจะมินำไปเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลภายนอกโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต นอกจากจะได้รับหมายศาลหรือหนังสือทางราชการ ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของจัสท์ทราน

6. เว็บไซต์ www.justtransl.com อาจจัดทำแบบสำรวจเป็นบางครั้ง เพื่อช่วยในการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงระบบและเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้สมัครได้ดียิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการจัดส่งอีเมล เพื่อแจ้งข้อมูล บริการ โปรโมชั่นและข้อเสนอต่างๆ ซึ่งผู้สมัครสามารถเลือกไม่รับข่าวสารใดๆทางอีเมล

ข้าพเจ้าผู้สมัคร ได้อ่านเงื่อนไขการสมัครแล้วและยินยอมให้ จัสท์ทราน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลส่วนตัว และ/หรือข้อมูลอื่น ใดที่ผู้สมัครระบุในการสมัครสมาชิก ถ้าผู้สมัครตกลงยินยอมผูกพันและปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อตกลง ดังกล่าว รวมทั้งข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ ที่ทางจัสท์ทรานเห็นสมควร แต่หากไม่ตกลงกรุณากด ยกเลิก เพื่อกลับไปหน้าหลัก
